For many organizations, simply drafting policies is insufficient to make fulfill their intended purpose. We offer implementation and change management support and training to maximize the effectiveness of your organization's investment.
Information drives change. Without good data to inform an equity action plan, organizational efforts to implement change will become more difficult - or may even become counter-productive.

Equitable Solutions Consulting also assists organizations in creating equity action plans. EQ Consultants will work with your organization to develop a 12 to 18 month plan with assessment criteria and key performance indicators to guide the implementation of recommendations. We can also review your existing equity action plan and suggest changes or ways in which the organization can create efficiencies.
Part of the Equity 360°™ experience is the availability of ongoing support and expertise from EQ consultants on either a subscription or as-needed basis.

Our subscription plans provide the comfort of knowing that support is a phone call on an ongoing basis. Equity360°™ Continuous Care subscription plans also provide a mechanism to organizations to pace the timing of larger projects and spread out the expense of EQ's consulting services over a 12 month annual subscription.
For all subscription plans, up to five hours in any calendar month may be carried forward to the next calendar month; unused hours will be forfeited.

Equitable Solutions Consulting operates in Treaty 1 territory on the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabe, Ininiwak, Anishininiwak, Dakota, and Dene peoples, and on the homeland of the Red River Métis.
