On January 20, 2024, Laurelle was pleased to deliver a keynote address entitled, "Navigating White Spaces as a Racialized Leader" to a group of Indigenous, Black and racialized teachers at the request of the Manitoba Teachers' Society. She also lead a breakout session at the symposium.
